課程目的在於和碩專班有產業經驗的同學共同討論當前產業所面臨的人力資源問題，思索產業可以採取的應對方式，並且從員工的選訓用留鑑定產業目前做法是否有更精進之處，期望藉由用人觀念的導正，產業管理培育人才的做法，全面提升產業人力資源管理的know how& know why，期望產業能透過人力資源提升其競爭優勢。The purpose of the course is to discuss the human resource issues faced by current industry with students with professional experience, to think about the ways the industry can adopt, and to determine whether there is a more advanced level of current practices in the industry through employee selection and retention. We hope to comprehensively improve the knowledge how& know why of industrial human resource management through the guidance of human awareness and the practice of cultivating talents in industry management. We hope that the industry can improve its competitive advantages through human resources.
