教育目標 Course Target

課程目的在於和碩專班有產業經驗的同學共同討論當前產業所面臨的人力資源問題,思索產業可以採取的應對方式,並且從員工的選訓用留鑑定產業目前做法是否有更精進之處,期望藉由用人觀念的導正,產業管理培育人才的做法,全面提升產業人力資源管理的know how& know why,期望產業能透過人力資源提升其競爭優勢。The purpose of the course is to discuss the human resource issues faced by current industry with students with professional experience, to think about the ways the industry can adopt, and to determine whether there is a more advanced level of current practices in the industry through employee selection and retention. We hope to comprehensively improve the knowledge how& know why of industrial human resource management through the guidance of human awareness and the practice of cultivating talents in industry management. We hope that the industry can improve its competitive advantages through human resources.


課程概述 Course Description

餐旅人力資源管理研究課程乃是針對具有餐旅產業經驗的企業菁英分子提供他們更進一步了解餐旅人力資源管理議題的課程。 本課程提供學生透過群體討論以及人力資源管理理論研議深入剖析人力資源管理的困難及可行解決之道。
The research course for catering travel human resource management is a course for corporate elites with experience in catering travel to provide them with further understanding of the issues of catering travel human resource management. This course provides students with in-depth analysis of the difficulties and feasible solutions of human resource management through group discussions and human resource management theory research.
