This course analyzes the theory and world trends of business strategy through topic explanation and discussion of the latest representative literature. The greatest feature of this course is the integration of rich cases from companies with an international outlook, new perspectives on innovation and social context, and mastery of the essence of forward-looking business strategies. Based on the fact that Taiwan's industrial development has gone through the era of processing exports and OEMs and is entering an era of diversity and uncertainty, this course focuses on exploring corporate business strategy issues under the trend of globalization and thinking about the competitive and cooperative relationships among Taiwanese companies and possible solutions.
