教育目標 Course Target
網際網路的發展促使新經濟法則的出現,企業必須要能夠在其營運過程與競爭策略中,設計符合企業經營本質之經營策略的同時,盡量發揮網路經濟中各類經濟效果。據此,本課程之目標有二,一為基礎訓練部分,期使訓練學生對於企業經營模式、供應鏈架構、運作流程分析等,具基本分析與設計能力;二為因應企業在電子商務或電子市場中所扮演的角色不同,其所適用的價值流、營收模式、與後勤模式也不相同,但各構面之間彼此關聯而形成整體的商業模式,故針對企業不同商業模式,進行進階分析與討論。廚授課外,課程規劃亦要求學生分組進行企業訪談,主題為企業數位經營策略的應用實務,讓學生透過訪談,反芻課堂所學之後,觀察並分析企業數位經營策略的實際應用狀況。
The development of the Internet has prompted the emergence of new economic laws. Enterprises must be able to maximize the various economic effects of the Internet economy while designing business strategies that are consistent with the nature of their business operations in their operating processes and competitive strategies. Accordingly, this course has two goals. The first is the basic training part, which aims to train students to have basic analysis and design capabilities for business models, supply chain structures, operational process analysis, etc.; the second is to conduct advanced analysis and discussion of different business models of enterprises due to the different roles that enterprises play in e-commerce or electronic markets. The applicable value streams, revenue models, and logistics models are also different. However, each aspect is related to each other to form an overall business model. In addition to the kitchen lectures, the course plan also requires students to conduct corporate interviews in groups. The theme is the practical application of corporate digital business strategies. Through interviews, students are allowed to reflect on what they have learned in class and observe and analyze the actual application of corporate digital business strategies.
