網際網路的發展促使新經濟法則的出現,企業必須要能夠在其營運過程與競爭策略中,設計符合企業經營本質之經營策略的同時,盡量發揮網路經濟中各類經濟效果。據此,本課程之目標有二,一為基礎訓練部分,期使訓練學生對於企業經營模式、供應鏈架構、運作流程分析等,具基本分析與設計能力;二為因應企業在電子商務或電子市場中所扮演的角色不同,其所適用的價值流、營收模式、與後勤模式也不相同,但各構面之間彼此關聯而形成整體的商業模式,故針對企業不同商業模式,進行進階分析與討論。廚授課外,課程規劃亦要求學生分組進行企業訪談,主題為企業數位經營策略的應用實務,讓學生透過訪談,反芻課堂所學之後,觀察並分析企業數位經營策略的實際應用狀況。The development of the Internet has led to the emergence of new economic laws. Enterprises must be able to design business strategies that conform to the nature of corporate operations in their operational processes and competition strategies, and at the same time, they can achieve all kinds of economic effects in online economy. Therefore, the goals of this course are two. One is the basic training part, which aims to enable trainees to have basic analysis and design capabilities for enterprise operation models, supply chain structures, operation process analysis, etc.; the other is that due to the different roles played by the enterprise in e-commerce or electronic market, the applicable value flow, acquisition model, and logistics model are also different, but the various structures are related to each other to form an overall business model. Therefore, advanced analysis and discussion are conducted on different business models of the enterprise. In addition to teaching, the course plan also requires students to organize corporate interviews. The topic is the application of corporate digital business strategies, so that students can observe and analyze the actual application status of corporate digital business strategies through interviews and reflect on the classroom after learning.
