本課程在介紹人力資源管理的理論與研究結果,來說明企業在實施人力資源管理的現有做法與改進建議。學生們在上完這門課後,應能(一)說出有關人力資源管理的基本概念與重要理論;(二)應用相關知識去分析、診斷實務上的問題;(三)規劃並且執行人力資源管理的相關研究。This course introduces the theoretical and research results of human resources management, which shows that the existing practices and improvement suggestions of enterprises in implementing human resource management. After the students are taking this class, they should be able to say (1) to tell the basic concepts and important theories of human resource management; (2) application related knowledge to analyze and diagnose the problems of practice; (3) planning and implementing manpower Research on resource management.
