這門課是將人力資源管理結合至第三部門的理論和實務並用課程,所探討的問題乃是從人力資源管理出發,大致可分為以下幾個部分:第一、影響第三部門人力資源管理環境的內外在因素;第二、 如何獲取第三部門有效人力,包括策略性人力資源規劃和員工招募;第三、第三部門人力資源的發展,如人才選用、教育訓練、領導與激勵等;第四、如何改善第三部門的工作環境與勞資關係;第五、第三部門人力資源未來發展趨勢。This course combines human resource management with the theory and practice of Part 3 and uses courses. The problem explored is developed from human resource management, which can be roughly divided into the following parts: First, internal and external factors affecting the human resource management environment of Part 3; Second, How to obtain effective human resources in the third part, including strategic human resources planning and employee recruitment; the development of human resources in the third part, such as talent selection, education and training, leadership and motivation, etc.; Fourth, how to improve the working environment and labor relations in the third part; Fifth, and the future development trends of human resources in the third part.
