本課程在介紹如何將基本之人力資源管理理論融入實務當中，協助學生瞭解並掌握人力資源管理的基本概念、理論與應用技術，以期達到理論與實務相結合的目標。同時，學生對企業界之人員選訓用留有更深入的了解，愈能於日後對企業與自身未來工作有所助益。課程目標為：學生在上完這門課時，能(一)說出有關人力資源管理的基本概念與重要理論；(二)應用相關知識去分析與診斷實務上的問題；(三)引發對人力資源管理與發展的興趣。This course introduces how to integrate basic human resource management theory into practice, and assist students to understand and master the basic concepts, theoretical and applied technologies of human resource management, in order to achieve the goal of combining theoretical and practical combination. At the same time, students have a deeper understanding of the training of staff in the business community, and the more they can help in the future and their future work. The goal of the course is: when students finish this course, they can (1) say the basic concepts and important theories of human resource management; Interest of resource management and development.
