教育目標 Course Target

本課程接續上學期機率學的課程，以機率理論為核心介紹統計推論的相關概念，包括 Point Estimation、Confidence Interval、Regression Problem、Tests、Analysis Of Variance、Tests Concerning Regression and Correlation、Order Statistics、Distribution-Free Confidence Interval For Percentiles等等，使同學了解統計學的理論與方法。This course continues the courses of probability of the previous semester, introducing the relevant concepts of statistical inferences with the probability theory, including Point Estimation, Confidence Interval, Regression Privem, Tests, Analysis of Variance, Tests Concentrning Regression and COR. Relation, Order Statics, Distribution-free Confidence Interval for Percentiles, so that students can understand the theory and method of statistics.

Statistical introduction is an important tool when dealing with some issues involving random structures. The main topics include estimates and assumptions. This course guides students to contact some examples of related theories and applications.
