文學是精煉的語言文字藝術，表現了人類文明最璀璨的一頁。小說更是當代最受讀者青睞的文類，義大利小說家安伯托‧艾可(Umberto Eco)說過：「建構一個由無數事件與人物組成的世界，無法鉅細靡遺，面面俱到，只能提示，然後由讀者自行去填滿所有的縫隙。每一個文本，就像我以前寫過的，都是部疏懶的機器，要求讀者也分擔部分工作。」一部完美的作品，少了讀者的閱讀，實在無法堪稱完整。拜科技之賜，訊息騰捷的結果卻剝奪了人們靜心閱讀的樂趣，反而使得芸芸眾生迷失於浩瀚的數位汪洋，輕易被枝節的訊息海浪所淹沒。
本學期擬從上學期現實的「環境」中出走，開展一趟趟文學的旅程。恣意徜徉、遙遊於文學之際，以期個體生命能重返生活場域，自身行走文學場景，再現作家之筆於足下。探索生命真諦之餘，終能圓滿回歸心靈原鄉。本課程區分五個單元，包含神話、現實、成長、放逐、心靈等主題，配合單元主題施以個人習作與分組報告，誘發自我學習與創作的動力。

Literature is a sophisticated linguistic art that expresses the most brilliant page of human civilization. The novel is the most popular article of contemporary readers, Qing Xi. Italian novelist Umberto Eco said: "To construct a world composed of countless events and characters cannot be detailed and comprehensive, it can only be prompted, and then the readers can fill all the gaps themselves. Each text, like what I wrote before, is a distracting machine, requiring readers to share some of the work." A perfect work, without the reader's reading, is actually not complete. By the knowledge of technology, the results of the message cleverness have greatly enriched the joy of people's quiet reading, but instead made the crowd lost in the vast digital ocean and easily flooded by the waves of messages.
This period of study will leave the "environment" that was real in the previous period and embark on a journey of literature. Wander freely and travel around the world of literature, hoping that personal life can return to the realm of life, walk through the literary scenes, and then return to the writer's writing. Exploring the true meaning of life can finally revive the spiritual land of the heart. This course is divided into five units, including topics such as myth, reality, growth, exile, and spirit. In conjunction with the unit theme, personal writing and sub-grouping reports are used to develop the power of self-learning and creation.
