法學是社會生活的科學。人與人從事工商交易、成立家庭、養育子女、承繼遺產以及參與政府組織、享用公共資源、行使公民權利、擔負社會義務時，均會受到法律之規範。因此，可以說法律是我們日常公、私生活不可或缺之科學。本課程即介紹公、私生活所必要的法學知識。

Law is the science of social life. People are subject to the law when they engage in business transactions, establish families, raise children, inherit property, participate in government organizations, enjoy public resources, exercise citizenship, and engage in social affairs. Therefore, it can be said that law is an indispensable science in our daily public and private lives. This course introduces the necessary legal knowledge for public and private life.
