教育目標 Course Target
介紹基礎法學概念，培養學生基本的法學知識，將抽象的法律概念以實例解說方式具體化，啟發學生對法律的學習興趣，期使學生能將法律知識落實於生活之中。
Introduce basic legal concepts, cultivate students' basic legal knowledge, and define abstract legal concepts in practical interpretation, so as to create students' interest in law, so as to enable students to implement legal knowledge in life.
課程概述 Course Description
政治乃管理眾人之事，身為一個政治人必須關心瞭解與眾人生活息息相關的法律規定。本課程除了介紹法學之基礎理論外，也引用實務上之案例闡釋，如最高法院之判例、司法院解釋、最高法院決議等。使同學能在理論和實務間有具體而深刻的理解。
Politics is the management of everyone's affairs. As a politician, you must be careful to understand the legal regulations closely related to everyone's lives. In addition to introducing the basic theories of legal studies, this course also cites practical case descriptions, such as the Supreme Court's precedent, the Judicial Court's explanation, the Supreme Court's decision, etc. Enable students to have a concrete and profound understanding of theory and practice.
