教育目標 Course Target
法學緒論含括法律學、現行法概要，希以本課程，使學習者能對法律有所認識，進而增加保護自己之能力。
Legal studies include a summary of law and practice. I hope this course can enable learners to understand the law and thus increase their ability to protect themselves.
課程概述 Course Description
政治乃管理眾人之事，身為一個政治人必須關心瞭解與眾人生活息息相關的法律規定。本課程除了介紹法學之基礎理論外，也引用實務上之案例闡釋，如最高法院之判例、司法院解釋、最高法院決議等。使同學能在理論和實務間有具體而深刻的理解。
Politics is the management of everyone's affairs. As a politician, you must be careful to understand the legal regulations closely related to everyone's lives. In addition to introducing the basic theories of legal studies, this course also cites practical case descriptions, such as the Supreme Court's precedent, the Judicial Court's explanation, the Supreme Court's decision, etc. Enable students to have a concrete and profound understanding of theory and practice.
