教育目標 Course Target
本課程之授課目的，在於對法律之概念、內容及其一般之原理原則，以至於法律思想等，作初步之介紹，使同學能夠鳥瞰法律學之構造。
The purpose of this course is to give a preliminary introduction to the concept, content, general principles and principles of law, and even legal thoughts, so that students can take a look at the structure of law.
課程概述 Course Description
法學是社會生活的科學。人與人從事工商交易、成立家庭、養育子女、承繼遺產以及參與政府組織、享用公共資源、行使公民權利、擔負社會義務時，均會受到法律之規範。因此，可以說法律是我們日常公、私生活不可或缺之科學。本課程即介紹公、私生活所必要的法學知識。
Law is the science of social life. People are subject to the law when they engage in business transactions, establish families, raise children, inherit property, participate in government organizations, enjoy public resources, exercise citizenship, and engage in social affairs. Therefore, it can be said that law is an indispensable science in our daily public and private lives. This course introduces the necessary legal knowledge for public and private life.
