Principles of Management
教育目標 Course Target
透過課堂的講述與分組的報告，使學生對企業經營的生產、行銷、人事、研發、財務五大機能，與管理者規劃、組織、用人、領導、控制的五大功能，獲得具體的概念與瞭解。
Through the lectures and sub-group reports, students can gain specific concepts and understanding of the five major functions of enterprise operation, including production, marketing, personnel, research and development, and financial functions, as well as managers' five major functions of planning, organization, employment, leadership and control.

介紹管理的基本概念、原則、方法包括管理的基本概念 、規劃 、組織 、領導 、控制。
Introduce the basic concepts, principles and methods of management, including the basic concepts, planning, organization, leadership, and control of management.
