教育目標 Course Target
本課程的主要目標在於介紹管理學的基本理論與概念，以理論與實務並重之方式，培養學生具備管理學之整體觀念，並有實際靈活運用之能力。
The main goal of this course is to introduce the basic theories and concepts of management, and cultivate students with a comprehensive concept of management in a way that emphasizes theory and practice, and to have the ability to use it in an actual and flexible manner.

介紹管理的基本概念、原則、方法包括管理的基本概念 、規劃 、組織 、領導 、控制。
Introduce the basic concepts, principles and methods of management, including the basic concepts, planning, organization, leadership, and control of management.
