延續大學入門的活動主題：我的東海、我的人生與我的希望，協助新鮮人了解大學的價值、大學的學習方式（不同於高中的學習模式）以及正向的大學生活（包括住宿學習、人際關係與兩性關係），以順利融入大學生活。 本課程的教學方是以共同演講做為共同討論的記憶，並在課堂上經由授課老師的引導，進行分組反思討論。

Continuing the activity theme of university introduction: My East China Sea, My Life and My Hope, it helps freshmen understand the value of university, the learning method of university (different from the learning model of high school) and positive university life (including residential study, interpersonal and gender relations), so as to smoothly integrate into university life. The teaching method of this course is to use joint speech as a memory for joint discussion, and conduct group reflection and discussion in class under the guidance of the teacher.

以「大學生活」、「大學學習」、「大學價值」等三大主題，協助新鮮人融入大學生活。課程教學以引導討論為主體，輔以共同演講，並藉由alpha leader的協助，提升新鮮人的反思能力，進而產生參與大學生活的實踐感。

With three major themes: "college life", "college learning" and "college value", we help freshmen integrate into university life. The course teaching is mainly based on guided discussions, supplemented by joint lectures, and with the assistance of alpha leaders, it improves the reflective ability of freshmen, thereby creating a practical sense of participating in university life.
