本課程之目標在使同學習得票據法, 公司法及保險法等商事法的體系與規範, 訓練同學在商事法上的基礎法律思維能力, 啟發同學對於商事法的興趣與瞭解, 增進將來就業或創業的知識, 並在生活上得以學以致用。The goal of this course is to enable students to acquire the systems and norms of commercial law such as negotiable instruments law, company law and insurance law, to train students' basic legal thinking ability in commercial law, to inspire students' interest in and understanding of commercial law, and to enhance future employment or entrepreneurship. knowledge and apply it in daily life.
一般所稱商事法包含公司法、海商法、保險法、及票據法等法律。上述四項法律與各種商業行為習習相關，尤其在國際貿易或國際企業經營中，上述法律更是各項商業行為的基本規範。本課程即以前述四項法律為討論內容，希望透過具體案例的討論，讓同學對規範商事行為的法律，有概括、基礎的瞭解。
Commonly referred to as commercial law, it includes company law, maritime law, insurance law, and negotiable instruments law. The above four laws are related to various business behavior habits, especially in international trade or international business operations, the above laws are the basic norms of various business behaviors.
