先略述基本法學及民法總則概念，作為修習商事法之預備。以公司法為主要架構輔以票據法及保險法，並將傳統之海商法以智財法取代，使學生有基本商事法學修養之外同時具有專利商標及著作權之應有觀念。啟發並鼓勵學生對商事法發生興趣，不僅灌輸商事法基本理論亦加強實例之研討，期使學生能學以致用。First, we will briefly describe the basic law and the general concept of civil law as a preparation for practicing commercial law. With the company law as the main structure, the billing law and the insurance law are replaced by traditional maritime law with intelligence, so that students should have the concept of having basic commercial law cultivation and patent trademarks and copyrights. To initiate and encourage students to become interested in commercial law, not only to inject basic theories of commercial law but also to strengthen the study of practical examples, so that students can learn and apply them.
一般所稱商事法包含公司法、海商法、保險法、及票據法等法律。上述四項法律與各種商業行為習習相關，尤其在國際貿易或國際企業經營中，上述法律更是各項商業行為的基本規範。本課程即以前述四項法律為討論內容，希望透過具體案例的討論，讓同學對規範商事行為的法律，有概括、基礎的瞭解。
Generally, commercial law includes laws such as company law, maritime law, insurance law, and billing law. The above four laws are related to various business activities, especially in international trade or international enterprise operations. The above laws are the basic regulations of various business activities. This course is the discussion content of the four previous laws. We hope that through discussions on specific cases, we can give students a general and basic understanding of the laws governing commercial conduct.
