商事法主要包括公司法、票據法、保險法以及海商法。日常生活中很多事務，都會適用到這些法規。藉由本課程啟發並鼓勵學生對商事法產生興趣。Commercial law mainly includes company law, bill law, insurance law and maritime law. These laws and regulations apply to many matters in daily life. This course inspires and encourages students to become interested in commercial law.
一般所稱商事法包含公司法、海商法、保險法、及票據法等法律。上述四項法律與各種商業行為習習相關，尤其在國際貿易或國際企業經營中，上述法律更是各項商業行為的基本規範。本課程即以前述四項法律為討論內容，希望透過具體案例的討論，讓同學對規範商事行為的法律，有概括、基礎的瞭解。

The above four laws are related to various business behavior habits, especially in international trade or international business operations, the above laws are the basic norms of various business behaviors.
