商業上的法律風險是從事任何商業行為之前所不容忽視，本課程希望對過商事法律之體系介紹，使同學們具有商事法基本法律知識，並透過法院判決之分析與討論，使同學具有評估商業行為法律風險之能力。

Legal risks in business cannot be ignored before engaging in any business activities. This course hopes to introduce the system of commercial law so that students will have basic legal knowledge of commercial law, and through the analysis and discussion of court decisions, students will have the ability to evaluate the legal risks of commercial activities.

一般所稱商事法包含公司法、海商法、保險法、及票據法等法律。上述四項法律與各種商業行為習習相關，尤其在國際貿易或國際企業經營中，上述法律更是各項商業行為的基本規範。本課程即以前述四項法律為討論內容，希望透過具體案例的討論，讓同學對規範商事行為的法律，有概括、基礎的瞭解。

Commonly referred to as commercial law, it includes company law, maritime law, insurance law, and negotiable instruments law. The above four laws are related to various business behavior habits, especially in international trade or international business operations, the above laws are the basic norms of various business behaviors.
