課程概述 Course Description
本課程以發展學生體能，培養基本游泳能力、鍛鍊體魄，達成水中自救為目標。課程內容包含適應水性–(悶氣、漂浮、水中站立)、基礎泳式–自由式(踢腿、划手、換氣、聯合動作)25–50公尺、蛙式(踢腿、划手、換氣、聯合動作)25–50公尺、水中自救–(水母漂、仰漂、立泳、藉物救生)。
This course aims to develop students' physical fitness, cultivate basic swimming abilities, exercise physical fitness, and achieve self-rescue in the water. The content of the course includes adapting to water skills – (suffocating, floating, standing in the water), basic swimming styles – freestyle (kicking, paddling, breathing, combined movements) 25-50 meters, breaststroke (kicking, paddling, breathing, combined movements) 25-50 meters, and self-rescue in water – (jellyfish float, back float, vertical swimming, borrowing objects to save life).
