本課程以發展學生體能,培養基本游泳能力、鍛鍊體魄,達成水中自救為目標。課程內容包含適應水性–(悶氣、漂浮、水中站立)、基礎泳式–自由式(踢腿、划手、換氣、聯合動作)25–50公尺、蛙式(踢腿、划手、換氣、聯合動作)25–50公尺、水中自救–(水母漂、仰漂、立泳、藉物救生)。
This course aims to develop students' physical abilities, cultivate basic swimming ability, exercise body spirit, and achieve self-rescue in the water. The course content includes suitable water-based (gas, floating, standing in the water), basic swimming style-freestyle (kicking, paddling, air change, joint action) 25-50 meters, frog style (kicking, paddling, air change, joint action) 25-50 meters, self-rescue in the water-based (jellyfish float, backing, standing swimming, life-saving through objects).
