上課點名後，暖身運動，再進行主要活動之動作示範、講解說明。

主要活動之學習範圍為:傳球、接球、運球、投籃和防守等基本動作，以及一對一、二對二、三對三和團隊進攻防守等組合動作，學習過程並輔以規則講解和籃球運動之發展現況，結束活動進行動作優缺點之檢討改進。
