學校體育旨在透過計畫性的身體活動,提升學生體適能與運動技能水準,促使身心全面發展,以達到五育均衡發展的教育目標。期以提升學生體適能,培養學生基本運動能力,進而提升國家整體競爭力。

3.讓同學享受到籃球的樂趣。School sports aims to improve the level of students' fitness and sports skills through planned body activities, promote the comprehensive development of body and mind, and achieve the educational goal of balanced development of five education. 1. Let students learn basic skills of basketball.
2. Let students learn ball-related rules.
3. Let students enjoy the fun of basketball.
上課點名後,暖身運動,再進行主要活動之動作示範、講解說明。
主要活動之學習範圍為:傳球、接球、運球、投籃和防守等基本動作,以及一對一、二對二、三對三和團隊進攻防守等組合動作,學習過程並輔以規則講解和籃球運動之發展現況,結束活動進行動作優缺點之檢討改進。
After the class is named, warm your body and exercise, and then conduct demonstrations and explanations of the main activities.
The learning scope of the main activities is: basic actions such as ball transfer, catch, play, pitching and defense, as well as one-on-one, two-on-two, three-on-three and team offense and defense, learning the process and explaining the development of basketball sports in accordance with rules, and ending the activity to review and improve the advantages and disadvantages of the action.
