學校體育旨在透過計畫性的身體活動,提升學生體適能與運動技能水準,促使身心全面發展,以達到五育均衡發展的教育目標。期以提升學生體適能,培養學生基本運動能力,進而提升國家整體競爭力。

3.讓同學享受到籃球的樂趣。School physical education aims to improve students' physical fitness and sports skill levels through planned physical activities, promote all-round physical and mental development, and achieve the educational goal of balanced development of the five educations. 上課點名後,暖身運動,再進行主要活動之動作示範、講解說明。
主要活動之學習範圍為:傳球、接球、運球、投籃和防守等基本動作,以及一對一、二對二、三對三和團隊進攻防守等組合動作,學習過程並輔以規則講解和籃球運動之發展現況,結束活動進行動作優缺點之檢討改進。
After roll call in class, warm-up exercises are performed, and then the main activities are demonstrated and explained.
The learning scope of the main activities is: basic movements such as passing, catching, dribbling, shooting and defense, as well as combined movements such as one-on-one, two-on-two, three-on-three and team offense and defense. The learning process is supplemented by explanations of the rules. and the current development status of basketball. At the end of the activity, the advantages and disadvantages of the movements are reviewed and improved.
