啟發並鼓勵學生對商事法發生興趣。不僅灌輸商事法基本理論亦加強實例之研討，期使學生能學以致用。
Inspire and encourage students to become interested in commercial law. Not only does it inject the basic theories of commercial law, but it also strengthens the study of practical examples, so that students can apply what they learn.

針對公司法,票據法,海商法,保險法四大領域.因課程時數有限,本課程以公司 法及票據法為講述重點
Regarding the four major areas of Company Law, Voting Law, Maritime Law and Insurance Law. Due to the limited number of courses, this course uses Company Law and Voting Law as the key points.
