The Case Study of Business Law
教育目標 Course Target
徒具理論而無法解決問題，常流於空談，本課程希望對已學完商事法基本理論的同學們能應用所學，培養對商事案件分析與解決能力。
It is difficult to solve problems with theory but cannot be solved, and it is often empty talk. This course hopes that students who have learned the basic theories of commercial law can apply what they have learned and cultivate their ability to analyze and solve commercial cases.
參考書目 Reference Books
實例演習將以近五年國家考試及研究所商事法試題為主，另以極具重要性之法院判決為輔。本課程不指定教科書，但在演習過程中若發現對理論的生疏，建議再重新溫習商事法教科書。
The example performance will focus on the national examination and institute commercial legal issues in the past five years, and will also be based on the extremely important court judgment. This course does not specify textbooks, but if you find unfamiliarity in the theory during the performance, it is recommended to re-template the commercial law textbooks.
