本課程主要目的在介紹與工商業最相關的公司法與票據法（海商法與保險法視課程進度斟酌講授重要內容），並經由分析最高法院之判例與相關主管機關之解釋，期使同學明瞭現行商事法律之體系、原理原則、權利義務關係及救濟之途徑。並訓練同學商事法方面之法律思考能力，日後進行商業活動時能理解政府之行政管理與程序，遇有商業糾紛時，能瞭解權利義務之所在並依循法律邏輯解決問題，進而能事先妥善規劃預防紛爭。The main purpose of this course is to introduce the company law and vote law that is most relevant to the industry and commerce industry (the important content is taught in the course of the maritime law and insurance law), and to analyze the Supreme Court's precedents and relevant competent authorities, so that students can understand the system, principles, rights and rights relations and paths to economic relief of commercial laws.
