在商業高度發展的現代社會裏，對企業法律知識及學養之要求，日益受到各界重視，其中以公司運作的商業組織，更是在商業生活中扮演重要的角色，而規範公司組織及運作之基本法律規範即為公司法，因此藉由本課程的進行，期使學生能對我國公司之規範、學理及實務運作有深入的了解。本課程首先將介紹商事法之特性、範圍，之後將著重在公司法規範的探討，一一介紹無限公司、有限公司、兩合公司及股份有限公司的組織運作及其內外關係，並對公司重整及關係企業的規範加以說明。In a modern society where business is highly developed, the requirements for corporate legal knowledge and education are increasingly valued by all walks of life.
