教育目標 Course Target
本課程將對證券市場的運作、公開發行公司的管理規範、證券市場不法行為、投資人保護等議題加以介紹，以使同學能掌握我國證券市場之基本運作與規範。
This course will introduce the operation of the securities market, the management regulations of public issuing companies, illegal behavior of the securities market, and investors' protection, so that students can master the basic operation and regulations of the securities market in our country.
