近年來證券市場蓬勃發展，證券市場投資人與交易量大幅增加，使得證券市場中所出現之各種弊端及運作機制備受各界討論，因此，藉由此課程，期能使同學深入認識證券市場之運作及規範，並能掌握分析其相關議題。而課程中將對證券市場的運作、公開發行公司的管理規範、證券市場之不法行為、投資人之保護等議題加以介紹。 In recent years, the securities market has developed vigorously, and the investors and trading volume in the securities market have increased significantly, which has led to the various drawbacks and operating mechanisms that appear in the securities market being discussed by all walks of life.
