教育目標 Course Target
1.讓學生了解食品分析之重要性。
2.學習學習所有營養標示成分的分析方法及其性質。
3.學習分析方法所應用之儀器、工具及其學理。
4.學習數據之處理與分析。
1. Let students understand the importance of food analysis.
2. Learn the analysis methods and properties of all nutrients and their nutritional marking components.
3. Learn the instruments, tools and their sciences used in the analysis method.
4. Learn the processing and analysis of data.
