本課程是針對未來有意從事管理工作的專業人才所開設的一門基礎管理學科,課程內容以理論與實務並重,使得學生除了對於企業組織的運作產生瞭解之外,也藉由課後資料的蒐集與報告的製作,訓練學生未來參與管理工作時所需的團隊合作精神與組織資訊的邏輯能力。
