管理學為,以科學的方法,有效的整合各種資源,進而創造更大的價值。透過管理學的學習,期待同學能運用於自我管理(例如: 時間、資源分配)、群體管理(例如: 社會網絡),或作為進入職場後,了解企業管理者如何讓企業有效運作(即企業管理)之基礎。Management is to use scientific methods to effectively integrate various resources to create greater value. Through the study of management, we hope that students can use it for self-management (such as time, resource allocation), group management (such as social network), or as a basis for how corporate managers can make the company operate effectively (i.e., corporate management).
本課程是針對未來有意從事管理工作的專業人才所開設的一門基礎管理學科,課程內容以理論與實務並重,使得學生除了對於企業組織的運作產生瞭解之外,也藉由課後資料的蒐集與報告的製作,訓練學生未來參與管理工作時所需的團隊合作精神與組織資訊的邏輯能力。
This course is a basic management subject developed by professional talents who are interested in managing their future. The content of the course is theoretical and practical, so that students not only understand the operation of corporate organizations, but also train the team spirit and organizational information editing ability required by students to participate in management in the future through the collection of post-class data and the production of reports.
