課程目標在介紹管理的各項功能,包括規劃、組織、領導和控制等及其在實務上之運用。The course objectives are to introduce various functions of management, including planning, organization, leadership and control, and their practical use.
本課程是針對未來有意從事管理工作的專業人才所開設的一門基礎管理學科,課程內容以理論與實務並重,使得學生除了對於企業組織的運作產生瞭解之外,也藉由課後資料的蒐集與報告的製作,訓練學生未來參與管理工作時所需的團隊合作精神與組織資訊的邏輯能力。
This course is a basic management subject developed by professional talents who are interested in managing their future. The content of the course is theoretical and practical, so that students not only understand the operation of corporate organizations, but also train the team spirit and organizational information editing ability required by students to participate in management in the future through the collection of post-class data and the production of reports.
