本課程之目標與內容，係在探討刑法總則中，各項應適用於刑法分則以及其他相關刑事法令之共通原理。刑法總則規範
犯罪行為之一般要件與法律效果，據以建立判斷是否成立犯罪與應否科處刑罰之體系。此外，並研究刑法分則所規定各
個犯罪行為立法上保護之法益，以及刑法分則中重要犯罪行為之類型、結構與要件。
