現代國家依法行政的義務，即透過行政法的規制而得以落實。由於行政法處理的是國家與人民之間的關係，因此憲法對於基本權利的保障，以及由此而生的規範原則，也都直接影響行政法的內涵。行政法總論討論範圍包括行政部門組織權限、行政行為原則以及公務人員等。而行政法各論則涵蓋廣泛，除了民、刑事法規之外，其餘國家法令大概皆屬行政法範疇，學習行政法之重要性不言可喻。
這學期行政法課程重點為行政行為，包括行政處分、法規命令、行政規則、行政契約等。希望透過對行政行為類型的辨識，也學習到行政救濟的可能。另外的主題包括行政罰、行政執行、行政程序

The obligation of modern countries to administer according to law is implemented through the regulation of administrative law. Since administrative law deals with the relationship between the state and the people, the Constitution's protection of basic rights and the resulting normative principles also directly affect the connotation of administrative law. The scope of the general discussion of administrative law includes the organizational authority of administrative departments, principles of administrative behavior, and public servants. The monographs on administrative law cover a wide range of topics. Except for civil and criminal laws and regulations, other national laws and regulations probably fall into the category of administrative law. The importance of studying administrative law is self-evident.
This semester's administrative law course focuses on administrative behavior, including administrative sanctions, regulatory orders, administrative rules, administrative contracts, etc. I hope that by identifying the types of administrative actions, we can also learn about the possibility of administrative relief.
