Seminar in Administrative Law
教育目標 Course Target
本課程旨在役使修課學生了解歐陸法系國家之行政法體系與發展趨勢；同時講授臺灣近十餘年的行政法理論與行政機關實務運作，配合司法審查之解釋、行政法院判例等實例分析，增加學習者對於行政法的親近與了解。
This course aims to enable students to understand the administrative law system and development trends of European continental law countries. It also teaches the administrative law theory and practical operation of administrative agencies in Taiwan in the past ten years, and provides analysis of examples such as judicial review interpretations and administrative court cases to increase learners' familiarity and understanding of administrative law.
