Directed Research I
教育目標 Course Target
專題研究使學生將平日所習課程知識與實際經驗互相參證，習得食品科技、食品生物技術或食品相關產業管理等之學識與相關技能。本學期預計完成完成主題探索、方法學掌握、關鍵技術觀摩演練、書面與口頭表達訓練。
Special research allows students to cross-check their daily course knowledge with practical experience, and acquire knowledge and related skills in food technology, food biotechnology or food-related industry management. This semester is expected to complete topic exploration, method mastery, key technology observation and drills, and written and oral expression training.
