教育目標 Course Target
透過課堂的外文文獻閱讀、討論與期末報告的撰寫，並分析、比較不同國家刑法制度的若干運作，進而反思、借鏡他山之石，培養獨立思考並解決問題的能力。
Through the reading and discussion of foreign language literature in the classroom and the writing of final reports, students will also analyze and compare certain operations of the criminal law systems in different countries, and then reflect on and learn from others to cultivate the ability to think independently and solve problems.
