General Psychology
教育目標 Course Target
面對我們日常生活中的重要問題與重要經驗：身心健康、學習表現、情緒動機、決策思考、溝通、親密關係等，心理學研究可以幫助我們瞭解人在這些面向的內在心智運作機制、外在行為表現的成因，以及它們的影響因素。本課程透過介紹心理學門在各領域研究的關切焦點，引領學生建立心智與行為的基礎知識，了解社會、文化與生物因素如何共同作用於個體上，同時也訓練學生 critical thinking的能力。
Facing important issues and experiences in our daily lives: physical and mental health, academic performance, emotional motivation, decision-making and thinking, communication, intimate relationships, etc., psychological research can help us understand people’s inner mental operating mechanisms in these aspects, the causes of external behavioral performance, and their influencing factors. By introducing the focus of research in various fields of psychology, this course leads students to establish basic knowledge of mind and behavior, understand how social, cultural and biological factors work together on individuals, and also trains students' critical thinking abilities.
