一般所稱商事法包含公司法、海商法、保險法、及票據法等法律。上述四項法律與各種商業行為習習相關，尤其在國際貿易或國際企業經營中，上述法律更是各項商業行為的基本規範。本課程即以前述四項法律為討論內容，希望透過具體案例的討論，讓同學對規範商事行為的法律，有概括、基礎的瞭解。

Commonly referred to as commercial law, it includes company law, maritime law, insurance law, and negotiable instruments law. The above four laws are related to various business behavior habits, especially in international trade or international business operations, the above laws are the basic norms of various business behaviors. This course uses the above four laws as its discussion content.
