教育目標 Course Target
學習商事法，須從法律及實際面同時進行瞭解，就公司法制與證券交易法制兩者，均會以問題引導方式，期待學生上完課後均能夠回答商事法中的核心概念與基本應用，以增進學習效果。本課程將從理論及實務面，介紹公司法、證券交易法及票據法的重點，使同學徹底瞭解商法之特性及公司之運作方式。此外對虛擬貨幣、反洗錢法制及著作權法稍做說明
To study commercial law, one must understand both the legal and practical aspects. Both corporate legal system and securities trading legal system will be guided by questions. It is expected that students will be able to answer the core concepts and basic applications of commercial law after finishing the class to enhance the learning effect. This course will introduce the key points of company law, securities exchange law and negotiable instruments law from both theoretical and practical aspects, so that students can thoroughly understand the characteristics of commercial law and the operation of companies. In addition, a brief explanation of virtual currencies, anti-money laundering laws and copyright laws
