教育目標 Course Target
課程前半段（期中考前）專注於民法契約基礎與公司法之法學講授，奠定法律思維基礎。期中考後導入 AI 法律科技實作，安排兩大貫穿式實作案例，以股東協議為核心情境：
The first half of the course (before the mid-term exam) focuses on the basics of civil law contracts and corporate law, laying the foundation for legal thinking. After the mid-term exam, AI legal technology implementation will be introduced, and two major through-implementation cases will be arranged, with the shareholders agreement as the core scenario:
