本課程之目標與內容，係在探討刑法總則中，各項應適用於刑法分則以及其他相關刑事法令之共通原理。刑法總則規範犯罪行為之一般要件與法律效果，據以建立判斷是否成立犯罪與應否科處刑罰之體系。此外，並研究刑法分則所規定各個犯罪行為立法上保護之法益，以及刑法分則中重要犯罪行為之類型、結構與要件。The goals and content of this course are explored in the summary of the Criminal Law, and each item should be applied to the common principles of the Criminal Law Division and other related criminal laws. The Criminal Law General Regulations shall govern the general requirements and legal effects of criminal acts to establish a system of whether a crime is established and whether a crime is required. In addition, we will study the legal interests that are legislatively protected by the criminal acts stipulated by the Criminal Law, as well as the types, structures and requirements of important criminal acts in the Criminal Law.
