是一門有關「企業犯罪與經濟刑法」的課程，課程範圍包含「企業犯罪」與「經濟犯罪」，乃至於「企業犯罪與經濟犯罪的抗制對策」。課程內容則涉及民商經濟法與刑法的交錯問題，課程規劃方面，除依循附屬刑法上的各種企業犯罪及經濟犯罪之類型設計與「企業犯罪與經濟刑法」有關的內容，並擬邀請校外專家學者到課堂上講授或經驗分享，以落實理論與實務整合教學的規劃。
