Physical Fitness and Health / Health-Related Physical Fitness

教育目標 Course Target

1.提升學生整體體適能:透過心肺耐力、肌力、柔軟度及身體組成等多面向之訓練,增進身體健康與運動表現。
2.培養規律運動習慣:引導學生養成長期規律之運動行為,並能將運動融入日常生活,以促進身心健康。
3.強化健康促進知識:使學生理解運動與飲食、睡眠、壓力管理之關聯,建立正確且完整之健康生活觀念。
4.發展正確動作品質:學習並掌握徒手訓練、重量訓練、功能性訓練及 TRX 等多元運動方式之原則與技巧。
5.促進心理調適與人際互動:藉由團隊合作、體能挑戰與互助學習,培養自信心、壓力調適能力與良好之社交互動。

1. Improve students' overall physical fitness: improve physical health and sports performance through multi-faceted training such as cardiorespiratory endurance, muscle strength, flexibility and body composition.
2. Cultivate regular exercise habits: Guide students to develop long-term regular exercise behaviors and integrate exercise into daily life to promote physical and mental health.
3. Strengthen health promotion knowledge: enable students to understand the relationship between exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management, and establish a correct and complete concept of healthy life.
4. Develop correct movement quality: Learn and master the principles and techniques of multiple exercise methods such as freehand training, weight training, functional training, and TRX.
5. Promote psychological adjustment and interpersonal interaction: Through teamwork, physical challenges and mutual learning, cultivate self-confidence, stress adjustment ability and good social interaction.
