Mindfulness and Life / Table Tennis
教育目標 Course Target
1.使學生了解正確的桌球基本知識。
2.透過桌球課的參與，培養學生對桌球運動的興趣，瞭解桌球國際現況(知識)。
3.帶領學生實際參與的樂趣，從樂趣培養技術，運用戰術，以技術執行戰術的發揮(技能)。
4.培養學生運動精神與道德及健全人格發展，做到「勝不驕、敗不餒」的運動修養與好的習慣。
1. Enable students to understand the correct basic knowledge of billiards.
2. Through the participation of the billiards class, cultivate students' interest in billiards sports and understand the international situation of billiards (knowledge).
3. Lead students to enjoy the fun of actual participation, cultivate skills from fun, use war, and use technology to carry out the development (skills) of war.
4. Cultivate students' sports spirit and morality and improve their personality development, and achieve "unsatisfied and unsuccessful" sports cultivation and good habits.
