General Biology
教育目標 Course Target
使學生了解生物學與食品專業之間的關連性,並透過分組討論與上台報告學習資訊蒐尋、分析運用及口語表達的能力。學習細胞以此了解生命最小單位的組成、運作與食品主要營養成分之間的關聯性,學習遺傳學中的基礎生命分子DNA的轉錄與轉譯機制可作為食品生物技術的基礎,並藉由學習演化與生態學了解親近生物與尊重生命對食品原料獲得的重要性。
To enable students to understand the correlation between biology and food majors, and learn the skills of information search, analysis and application, and oral expression through group discussions and presentations on stage. Study cells to understand the correlation between the composition and operation of the smallest unit of life and the main nutrients of food. Study the transcription and translation mechanism of DNA, the basic life molecule in genetics, which can be used as the basis of food biotechnology. By studying evolution and ecology, you can understand the importance of being close to living things and respecting life in obtaining food raw materials.
