教育目標 Course Target
本課程以實驗觀察與操作、野外觀察與實習，介紹生物多樣性給生命科學專業的學生，為進入生命科學領域奠定紮實的基礎。
This course uses experimental observation and operation, field observation and internship to introduce biological diversity to students majoring in life sciences, laying a solid foundation for entering the field of life sciences.
課程概述 Course Description
此實驗課配合普通生物學正課進度，讓學生在操作過程中更了解正課所敎授之生物學基本知識，並學習基本儀器如顯微鏡、電泳槽的使用及基本技巧如生物繪圖、實驗報告的練習。使學生具備基礎研究的能力。
This experimental course is in line with the progress of the general biology course, allowing students to better understand the basic knowledge of biology taught in the course during the operation, and learn the use of basic instruments such as microscopes and electrophoresis tanks, as well as the practice of basic skills such as biological drawing and experimental reports. To equip students with basic research capabilities.
