教育目標 Course Target

本課程將帶領同學打下規劃、組織、領導與控制四大管理核心功能的理論基礎,並透過真實企業案例,強化理論在實務情境中的運用能力。同時,我們將探討ESG(環境、社會、治理)、人工智慧應用與遠距工作等當代管理趨勢,理解它們對組織運作帶來的挑戰與機會。在此過程中,學生也將藉由小組協作、問題分析與簡報分享,培養團隊合作、解決問題與清晰表達的能力,並激發對創業精神、品牌經營與跨國商業的興趣與初步認識。 This course is designed to help students build a solid foundation in the four core functions of management: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Through real-world case studies, students will strengthen their ability to apply theoretical concepts in practical business contexts. The course also explores contemporary management trends—including ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), the rise of AI applications, and the challenges and opportunities brought by remote work. Along the way, students will develop essential skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and presentation, while also sparking their interest in entrepreneurship, brand management, and global business.This course will lead students to lay the theoretical foundation for the four core management functions of planning, organization, leadership and control, and strengthen the ability of theory to be used in practical situations through real enterprise cases. At the same time, we will explore contemporary management trends such as ESG (Environment, Society, Governance), AI application and remote work, and understand the challenges and opportunities they bring to organizational operations. During this process, students will also cultivate teamwork, problem analysis and brief sharing through group collaboration, problem analysis and brief sharing, cultivate team cooperation, problem solving and clear expression skills, and stimulate interest and preliminary understanding of entrepreneurial spirit, brand management and cross-border business. 本課程旨在引導學生理解企業管理的核心概念與實務操作,涵蓋組織運作、領導、策略、人力資源、市場行銷、財務管理等重要面向,並結合當前企業面臨的挑戰與趨勢,如永續發展、數位轉型、AI應用與多元共融。課程採用理論與實務並行的方式,透過案例教學、討論與分組報告,提升學生的分析、思辨與表達能力,為進一步修習管理相關課程或未來職涯發展奠定基礎。 This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the principles and practices of business management, covering key topics such as organizational behavior, leadership, strategy, human resources, marketing, and financial management. It also incorporates contemporary trends and challenges such as sustainability, digital transformation, AI integration, and diversity & inclusion. Students will engage with both theory and real-world cases, enhancing critical thinking and communication skills while laying a strong foundation for advanced study or career development.
This course aims to guide students to understand the core concepts and practical operations of enterprise management, covering important aspects such as organizational operations, leadership, strategy, human resources, market marketing, financial management, etc., and combine the challenges and trends facing current enterprises, such as continuous development, digital transformation, AI application and diversified integration. The course adopts theoretical and practical methods, and through case teaching, discussion and sub-group reports, it improves students' analysis, thinking and expression skills, laying the foundation for further training and management-related courses or future career development.
