本課程旨在培養學生對國際企業經營環境的理解，涵蓋全球市場趨勢、跨國公司策略、國際貿易、文化差異、供應鏈管理及數位轉型等核心議題。課程將結合理論與實務案例，輔以近年來的當代議題，並透過課堂討論和專案報告，提升學生的分析能力與決策思維，幫助學生應對當前國際商業環境中的挑戰、建構跨國經營的思維與能力。

This course aims to cultivate students' understanding of the international corporate business environment, covering core topics such as global market trends, multinational corporate strategies, international trade, cultural differences, supply chain management and digital transformation. The course will make reasonable discussions and practical cases, use contemporary discussions in recent years, and through classroom discussions and project reports, improve students' analytical skills and decision-making thinking, and help students with their thinking and ability to challenge challenges in the current international business environment and build cross-border operations.

透過理論及個案教學，讓學生對跨國企業的運作有充分的瞭解，並熟悉全球化、全球政治與文化環境、海外直接投資、國際企業策略、國際企業組織、海外市場進入策略、全球生產與外包、全球行銷、及全球人力資源管理。

Through theory and plan teaching, students can have a full understanding of the operations of cross-border enterprises, and be familiar with globalization, global politics and cultural environment, overseas direct investment, international corporate strategies, international corporate organizations, overseas market entry strategies, global production and outsourcing, global marketing, and global human resources management.
