本課程旨在協助學生理解國際企業管理的核心理論,並培養運用理論分析實際跨國企業問題的能力。課程內容將涵蓋全球化下的新興趨勢與重要議題,如ESG、地緣政治風險、人工智慧與全球競爭力,幫助學生掌握變動中的國際商業環境。同時,透過跨文化情境中的小組合作與討論,提升學生的溝通協調與團隊合作能力,進一步培養策略性思考與宏觀的全球視野。This course aims to help students understand the core theories of international enterprise management and cultivate the ability to use theory to analyze practical and cross-border enterprise problems. The course content will cover new trends and important topics under globalization, such as ESG, ground political risks, artificial intelligence and global competition, helping students master the changing international business environment. At the same time, through group cooperation and discussions in cross-cultural contexts, students' communication and team cooperation capabilities are improved, and strategic thinking and macro-oriented global vision is further cultivated.
透過理論及個案教學,讓學生對跨國企業的運作有充分的瞭解,並熟悉全球化、全球政治與文化環境、海外直接投資、國際企業策略、國際企業組織、海外市場進入策略、全球生產與外包、全球行銷、及全球人力資源管理。
Through theory and plan teaching, students can have a full understanding of the operations of cross-border enterprises, and be familiar with globalization, global politics and cultural environment, overseas direct investment, international corporate strategies, international corporate organizations, overseas market entry strategies, global production and outsourcing, global marketing, and global human resources management.
