本課程希望藉由專題實作過程，培養學生下列經驗性知識與能力：
1.能夠運用分析方法或工具找出企業或組織在服務創新與經營面臨的問題或機會。
2.針對上述問題或機會產生對特定產業的瞭解與體驗。
3.能夠運用服務管理與創新經營的觀念架構與方法論，提出問題的解決策略與方案。
4.學習如何應用服務管理與創新經營的專業知識與技能於實務問題的解決，藉由做中學培養實作的經驗與能力。



本課程為服務創新與經營組在大學四年級所開設的整合性專題實作課程。此課程乃是希望讓主修服務創新與經營組的同學，將大學前三年所學的關於服務創新與經營發展之專業知識與技能加以整合與應用。在本專題課程中，學生將分組並針對一項企業或社會面臨到實際的服務創新與經營的問題或議題，實際地加以分析、規劃、設計、操作、及創作，進行實際服務創新與經營的問題辨認與解決過程，以達到顧客價值創造、傳遞與實現的目的。

This course hopes to cultivate the following experiential knowledge and abilities in students through the implementation of the project:
1. Be able to use analytical methods or tools to find out the problems or opportunities faced by enterprises or organizations in service innovation and operation.
2. Generate understanding and experience of specific industries in response to the above problems or opportunities.
3. Be able to use the conceptual framework and methodology of service management and innovative management to propose problem-solving strategies and plans.
4. Learn how to apply professional knowledge and skills in service management and innovative management to solve practical problems, and cultivate practical experience and abilities through learning by doing.



This course is an integrated special practice course offered by the Service Innovation and Management Group in the fourth year of college. This course is designed to allow students majoring in the service innovation and management group to integrate and apply the professional knowledge and skills in service innovation and business development learned in the first three years of college. In this special course, students will be grouped into groups and analyze, plan, design, operate, and create a problem or issue that an enterprise or society faces in actual service innovation and management, and carry out the process of identifying and solving problems in actual service innovation and management, in order to achieve the purpose of creating, delivering, and realizing customer value.

本課程旨在協助同學如何將前三年所學之專業及相鬧知識（包含理論、方法及技能）結合，在教師授課（如何撰寫論文及注意事項）、同學們參與（教師與同學間交流與互動）之學習過程中，個別學生確定其研究方向與題材，並查詢、蒐集和整理資料，再綜合及撰寫所研究之議題，最後以口頭報告形式（內容紙本另行繳交）表現其研究成果。授課教師除考核個別學生之平日學習成效外，並對每位學生於口頭報告後評分，作為其學期總成績。

This course is designed to help students combine the professional and interactive knowledge they have learned in the first three years (including theories, methods and skills). In the learning process of teacher teaching (how to write a paper and precautions) and student participation (communication and interaction between teachers and classmates), individual students determine their research direction and subject matter, query, collect and organize information, then synthesize and write about the researched topic, and finally present their research results in the form of an oral report (the paper of the content must be submitted separately). In addition to assessing the daily learning performance of individual students, teachers will also grade each student after their oral report as their total semester grade.
